Delivery/Collection – The hirer must be present at the point of delivery and collection at the agreed times and dates. The hirer will bear the cost of any extra delivery/collection costs if they are not present eg. if a re-delivery has to take place or collection cannot be made when arranged. All delivery are completed via our nationwide next day courier service from Interlink Express .
Cancellation – In the event of the hire being cancelled the following charges will apply: if cancelled four weeks or more before the delivery date – 50% of the deposit is forfeit, if cancelled less than four weeks before the delivery date – 100% of deposit fee.
Payment – Payment options we accept are via bank transfer, cheque and PayPal (we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties)
